Óskabörn ógæfunnar (e. Children of Misfortune) are Icelands most progressive and daring theatre group.
Their shows are known to take on topics that most find to difficult to handle.

Shall it be the patriarchy and domestic violence, the rise of rightwing populism in Europe or the very hot waters of transgender issues and web trolling, Óskabörnin tackle their challenges unapologetically but with respect and, most importantly, humour.
